A Journey of Service and Resilience
Police Lieutenant Tom Flynn has been involved in law enforcement since January 1997, starting as a civilian dispatcher. Promoted to Sergeant in 2005 and then to Lieutenant in 2015, his tenure includes serving in the SWAT team from 2002 to 2004. Tom also worked as the accreditation manager, developing crucial policy and procedures for the agency.
Despite all these achievements, Tom finds his greatest joy in being a father to his three children. He is on a mission to reclaim his life after hitting rock bottom.
